Mr. Bouldin Jr. has been a trial lawyer for almost twenty-five years and has successfully tried a wide variety of lawsuits in that time. He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to public finance with an emphasis on development finance.  He is counsel to the Children's Discovery House and Special Kids.  He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Ethics Committee of the Middle Tennessee Medical Center. Mr. Bouldin, Jr. is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission for Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  He is general counsel for the Industrial Development Board and the Health and Education Facilities Board of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
