Our public finance practice consists principally of the representation of issuers in the negotiation of payment in lieu of tax agreements, tax increment financing, taxable and tax exempt revenue bond financing, and other forms of development finance arrangements.  The firm has experience with multifamily housing projects, 501(c)(3) tax exempt bond issues, as well as many industrial development bond transactions.
